What is Sydney Boat Show?
Sydney Boat Show is a four-day indoor showcase of boats, tech, and marine lifestyle—bringing together industry leaders, expert education, and hands-on experiences all under one roof.
What time is the show open?
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Sydney Showground is wheelchair accessible. If you need, Wheelchairs can be hired through:

Is the event dog friendly?
Only certified assistance animals are permitted at the event. A vet certificate must be provided for them to be onsite to cooperate with the venues biosecurity and identification badge or medallion displayed.

Is the Boat Show family friendly?
Absolutely! Sydney Boat Show is a family-friendly event with activities and exhibits for all ages. Check out what’s on and start planning your day.
Who is eligible for concession tickets?
Concession tickets are available to pensioners and veterans for Second release and Final release tickets. A pensioner or DVA Gold card must be shown at the gate for admission to the event.
Are Companion Cards accepted?
Yes, companion cards are accepted. For Companion Card holders, no ticket is required. We ask the companion card is brought along to the event and presented upon entry.

Will cash be accepted as a form of payment at the event?
The Sydney Boat Show is a cashless event, including all food vendors at the event, as well as ticket sales at the gate, will be operating on a cashless basis. We encourage attendees to plan accordingly and ensure they have access to card or digital payment options.
How do I get to the show?
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Good news! Your ticket includes return Rail Travel on train, metro and light rail to and from the Sydney Showground. To access:
1. Simply show your ticket to transport staff when boarding services.
2. It is outlined that your “Ticket includes Entry + Return Rail Travel” on both your ticket confirmation email, as well as your online ticket, which can be accessed by ‘View Ticket’

Train
Olympic Park train station is on Sydney Showground’s door step. The Sprint service, travels between Lidcombe and Olympic Park Stations daily, every 10 minutes. A limited number of direct services also operate between Central Station and Olympic Park Station in the afternoon on weekdays and for some major events. Bus
Sydney Buses operate direct bus services to Sydney Olympic Park from a number of locations including Lidcombe, Strathfield and Parramatta. To plan your trip and get the latest travel information visit www.transportnsw.info.
Ferry
Sydney Ferries run a daily service between Circular Quay and Parramatta, stopping at Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf. To travel to Sydney Showground, visitors must also catch a connecting bus. To plan your trip and get the latest travel information visit www.transportnsw.info.

Paid Parking
• P1 – height restriction is 2m
• P5A & C and P6 – open air
• P5 – trailers or vehicles higher than 2m
Free Parking
• Grand Parade 2-hour limit (Between Showground Rd & Olympic Blvd).
• Olympic Boulevard 2-hour limit (Between Grand Pde & Murray Rose Ave)
• Dawn Fraser (outside Novotel) 2-hour limit.

How do I buy a ticket?

Can I change the day of my ticket?
If you’d like to attend on a different day than the one on your ticket, just arrive on the day you prefer.
As long as your ticket hasn’t been checked in yet, we’ll be able to admit you. If you wish to change this in advance please contact tickets@support.humanitix.com
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds or exchanges will be made for any ticket sales except as required by Consumer Laws. You can view the full terms and conditions here.
Can I buy a ticket at the gate?
Yes. However please note, no cash sales will be accepted at the gate.
We recommend pre-purchasing your ticket online here to avoid queues.
Can I bring my dog to the show?
Unfortunately as much as we would love to see your dogs, no dogs other than assistance dogs are permitted at the Show. This does not apply to assistance dogs – Guide / Assistance dogs are permitted.
